IPChains NHF

In this NHF (newbieized help file), I'm going to attempt to tell you how to get IPchains working. I'm going to show you how to do it manually. This way anyone with a 2.2.x kernel should be able to get it working. I'm assuming that if your reading this NHF, you have more then 1 machine connected together via Ethernet..
