The keynote speaker was a professor of International Relations who also served as a consultant to the FBI. He developed a scenario for a future America where poverty and unemployment ruled. He attributed the nation's future economic decline due to corporate and industrial espionage by foreign powers. He saw the influx of high-tech workers and students from overseas as an attempt to pillage our intellectual capital."
