Court Drops Injunction Over Linux Trademark[KT] A Seoul court yesterday dropped an injunction that a local trademark holder of "Linux" had lodged to bar publishing companies and bookstores from publishing and selling books related to the open-source code computer operating system which has become a rival to Microsoft's Windows.
