Four Way Split in Network Associates.

[VNUNET] Network Associates is going to split into four independent businesses. The four businesses will be: McAfee which develops antiviral software; PGP Security which creates encryption, firewall and virtual private networking tools; Magic Solution which manufacture helpdesk software; and Sniffer Technologies which designs network management services.
