Amazon Gets Privacy ComplaintRichard Smith has filed a complaint to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) about Amazon using the "Alexa" software that gathers information (phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.) about consumers who visit the site and sends it web servers. The information is then stored on central databases. He says it breaches their "zBubbles" License and Usage Agreement.
