U.S. Is Set to Monitor the Clock Shift

President Clinton Y2K "staff" has started an Information Coordination Center. This center will be the headquarters for the government's response to Year 2000-related emergencies. Lets say there was a power failure in umm.... Bill Gates house, this "emergency" would flash on the screen of John A. Koskinen, year 2000 coordinator (ok this is an exaggeration, but who knows :P ).
