If you have some time and in some cases a little money, and you want to learn linux, here's a list of Linux Training vendors. They vary from corporate to mom and pop, and provide different levels of training. Instead of the "use linux for 3 years and you'll get the hang of it" you can spend a little money on training and books and get a head start!
