Using at and cron for scheduling tasks

ext2archive.org has an article on how to use at and cron, two incredibly useful utilities. At and cron both help you with executing programs or scripts at certain times. They can be used for simple things like clearing your /tmp directory, or more complex things such as nightly backups.
