StackGuard performs its task - amd provides more proof

In light of recent issues with amd, Crispin Cowan and the guys at WireXarchive.org have shown that their free gcc patch, StackGuard, manages to thwart attempts to exploit the recent amd bug. Systems where amd had been compiled with StackGuard capabilities caught the overflow, and produced a log message, going no further.
