The second public beta of the HOMM3 map editor has been released. This is the "I promise it will at least load before crashing this time" version. :)
It may be downloaded from: ftp://boudicca.tux.org/misc/lokigames/beta/heroes3/h3maped-beta2-i686.tar.gz
The download is 1751 kilobytes.
You need either the full Heroes3 game or the Heroes3 demo installed to use the editor. The demo will NOT play maps you've created. We checked. You can download the demo from ftp://boudicca.tux.org/misc/lokigames/demos/heroes3/ , and purchase the full version at http://www.lokigames.com/archive.org .
