AppWatch: Perl 5.6.0 and mod_perl 1.22 released

After 3 release candidates, Perl 5.6.0 is finally out. mod_perl 1.22 includes many fixes to work with this new version of Perl. Both packages are available at CPAN and should be mirrored soon.
