ZDNet: AMD To Cross Finish Line First?

AMDarchive.org said in an email message Sunday that it will announce Monday morning that it has begun shipping 1GHz processors. The annoncement is expected to come at 8 AM EST. Intel won't be far behind, however, announcing their 1 GHz on Wednesday.
