TCP/IP stack/PowerPlay relationship Clarification

John Carmack has posted over at Slashdot regarding the the linux TCP/IP stack and the PowerPlay relationship. He clarified by stating that he has no intention of rewriting the linux TCP/IP stack but mentioned that it would be interesting to experiment with the networking code to improve gaming.
