Experiences with being cracked

An article about the unwillingness of ISP to improve own security with a given example. The author took a look at the ISP's system, notified the so-called admins, but they did not react in any way or dealed with the rooted machines. They did not upgrade them, reinstalled them, the even did not change the /etc/passwd file!
