US urges stiffer penalties for Net crimes

[TR] The US Sentencing Commission (USSC) sent a new and grossly Draconian packet of industry-inspired guidelines to Congress, requiring substantiallymore severe punishments for malefactors convicted of using the Internet to commit crimes.
