Blurred Vision - Gimp's Blur Filters
The original Gimp came with a wealth of effects filters, and the upcoming 1.2 release will certainly follow that
tradition. Among the many features provided are the Blur filters. These filters provide various means of blending
nearby pixels. The results vary according to the methods used, various seed values, and even with the type of
image with which you are working.
