Poor architecture let Web attacks succeed
[IDG] The success of the recent distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks against leading Web sites was largely caused by the poor design of the systems architecture supporting those sites, according to Alan Lloyd, manager of strategic development for Computer Associates International (CA) OpenDirectory group.
