MP3 Server Box is a perl script that acts as a network interface to either rxaudio or mpg123. You can control the player via simple network socket commands from anywhere on the network. It also features support for a MySQL table containing song information such as title, artist name, album name, etc. Changes: A switch from rxaudio to mpg123, support for on-the-fly equalizer, support for ESD in mpg123, and mp3sb on 2 workstations at the same time (using esd and esdroute).
