Secure Programming for Linux HOWTO

Here is a paper that describes a set of design and implementation guidelines for writing secure programs on Linux systems. I think it is interesting and people should read it. This paper is written by David A. Wheeler who works for the Institute of Defense Analyses . He also developed a GNOME Users Guide.
