Tribe Flood Network Hysteria

There seems to be a lot of news about for this thing called the "Tribe Flood Network". Basically, something that ensures compromised / infected machines will aid in the flooding of a designated target. Check your machines, as usual. Make sure your outgoing link isn't randomly surging, etc =)
