IRCet IRCd issues in v2.0x
(For those of you running IRC daemons) [BugTraq]: "It was found some time ago that few of IRCnet's ircd's with +topic module can be rebooted by simply doing /quote TOPIC !etC (or-whatever !channel). This has been already mass-abused by 'EvIL MiRkhAx0rZ' and servers have been patched now... so time for it to go public since there is virtually no more threat left."
