"Learning Debian/GNU Linux" Published

O'Reilly & Associates has published "Learning Debian/GNU Linux", by Bill McCarty. This book is ultimately geared towards beginners. It includes a CD-ROM to get you started. The author explains that he is trying to "bridge the gap between MS Windows and Unix". At $34.95, it's an excellant buy for anyone interested in running Linux for the first time.
