Predicatble ip->id patch becomes available.
[BugTraq] I guess from linux-kernel ml that linux developers are looking for a solution about predictable ip ID. While you can use this patch. It is just the OpenBSD ip_id.c ported to Linux. The patch also implements the RFC 793 ABORT Call when SO_LINGER enabled with linger == 1 and lingertime == 0 (but only if /proc/sys/net/ipv4/rfc1337 is "0").
