Announce: Linux Laughs Opens Today

Linux Laughs opens today, dedicated to penguinised funnies, and starting with a Microsoft Myths sendup but unlike the original, it's truth-laden.

LL aims to provide at least a decent funny a week, plus one major effort (like the MM page) every month.

Contributions are welcome, translators are needed.
