Mission Critical Linux Names Brigitte Casemyr Vice President of Marketing

LOWELL, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 1999--Mission Critical Linux LLC, a provider of enterprise solutions for the Linux operating system, announced today the addition of a seasoned e-commerce executive as its vice president of marketing. Charged with the responsibility of leading all corporate marketing programs, Brigitte Casemyr will build Mission Critical Linux's presence throughout the mission critical enterprise computing space. Under her leadership, the Company will expand its presence at industry conferences and events, develop marketing programs that expand the customer base, and create a partners program that attracts the best in the industry.

Ms. Casemyr brings more than 13 years of marketing experience to Mission Critical Linux. Most recently, Ms. Casemyr held the position of vice president of e-commerce services at First Data Investor Services Group, provider of a broad range of record keeping services to the financial industry. As vice president, Ms. Casemyr was responsible for directing the development of e-commerce software solutions, marketing initiatives and public relations efforts. Prior to First Data Investor Services Group, Ms. Casemyr spent three years at NEBS, Inc., an international company involved in the direct marketing of business forms and software products to small businesses. At NEBS, she held senior marketing positions responsible for strategic planning, product marketing and marketing communications for the company's software and services divisions.
