The second edition of "Linux -- Installation, Configuration, Use," by Michael Kofler has recently been published by Addison Wesley. This is the english translation of the number one German computer book for nearly half a year. With 780 pages, the "almost distribution independent" book covers all the topics a new Linux user needs to get started. RedHat 6.0 is included on two CD ROMs.
