Linux.com Statement Concerning Terrorism
Quite simply an attack on all civilization, Linux.com abhors the recent acts of terrorism in the United States.
Here at Linux.com we find the recent acts of terrorism brutal, crazy and offensive. Even on a truly global scale it seems as much as things can change for the better, the more they stay the same.
But we stand up and refuse to let anybody turn the face of progress with terror, fear or any other weapon. In the future we will be one world with one justice, and these terrorists will be brought to the world's justice. If we can, in any way, the Linux.com and Internet communities will help enforce a world without cowardly acts of terrorism.
We all know this is true. We can make it happen, and we will.
Everybody knows that you can't win a ground war against terrorists, but what few people are talking about today is that terrorists cannot win their "war" through the murder of innocent people. Terrorist acts only make us stronger.
Here at Linux.com our hearts and minds go out to the people killed, and their surviving families and loved ones. This terrible tragedy must never be forgotten and will never be.
If you would like to leave a comment about your reactions to the world trade center, pentagon and airplane bombings and the loss of life or anything else, we invite you to do so here. It's good to talk to people, and that is true for the international community of Linux.com. Lets start the healing, today, together.
