Running logcheck, the logfile auditing software for Unix
Logcheck keeps track of the recent status of your system and network by analyzing your logs with Psionic's companion program to Portsentry. Logcheck picks up where Portsentry leaves
off, parsing system logs at pre-set intervals and mailing information about the attack or alert to the administrator (or the admin's designated recipient).
